Sports Authority, a major sporting goods retailer, reopened its Kohoku Center South store in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, on November 27, 2020, as an outdoor specialty store. The Kohoku Center South store has shop-in-shops for major manufacturers such as Snow Peak, Logos, and Coleman, and is a large store designed to resemble Alpine Outdoors. Compared to Alpen Outdoors, the Kohoku Center South store has a larger selection of clothing, and the Sports Authority camping brand Taras Bulba tents are available for purchase after seeing them in person.
